The Brand Journey

The Innovation Journey is the name given to the culture and innovation management programme of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras, whose objective is to implement in the APBA and its Port Community a culture based on innovation, efficiency and organisation in a systemic way in all the agents that make up the port itself.
Our work here was to develop the strategy, identity and implementation of the brand, and this is our video summary of the project.
MonsterTicket
Talking about the events sector in general is very complex, since it is very broad and covers a large number of small subsectors. MonsterTicket falls into one of these subsectors, since it is an online ticket sales portal focused on music, but which also accommodates other types of cultural events.
Is it possible to create a community around a company in this very specific sector? Can experiences be created? If Brands have taught us anything, it is that we all have something to offer, we just have to find the right way to tell it and connect with our audiences.
Navarro Montes
Navarro Montes was founded in 1981 to be at the side of farmers and with them find the best alternative to get the maximum production from their crops. Agriculture led them to another crop, which although it did not expect a harvest, did require a level of excellence in its maintenance: grass. A new challenge that, as they do with every initiative, they faced with enthusiasm and excitement. And this is their rebranding.
Unovet
Unovet is a Spanish company dedicated to the sale of veterinary electromedical equipment, surgical instruments and products for animal health professionals. Its mission is to improve the working conditions of veterinarians by offering innovative and high-quality products, guaranteeing an efficient technical service and solutions that optimize animal care.
Weuta
Weuta is a very special e-commerce whose main purpose is to solve an inequality: the people of Ceuta find many obstacles to buying online due to its geographic particularity. It is not only a website where you can make purchases in any marketplace, it is a new logistics solution to deliver orders quickly, easily and less expensively from Algeciras to the people of Ceuta. Weuta is an e-commerce without borders.
Process
The key to a good motion video is in the process
For a good result we have established a workflow to make motion graphics video divided into three steps.
1. Briefing:
The client tells us the objective of the video, the estimated duration and all the details they want to be shown in the video.
2. Design:
Before animating, we start designing each screen with the texts, graphics or/and colours that are going to appear. As if we were going to design a powerpoint presentation.
3. Animation
Once the design is finished, we give it movement by animating each icon, texts, colours and transitions between screens.
